Battery orders ship in the order they are placed. If the battery is part of a reserve batch, the estimated shipping time is usually 3 to 4 weeks after the reserve is met.

Each battery may be custom made or built to order. Once your order ships, tracking will be sent when available. Delivery time can vary based on the carrier, destination, product availability, and delays outside of our control.

Yes. We recommend ordering the Fardriver Bluetooth Dongle with your battery upgrade.

The dongle may be required if you need to adjust controller voltage settings after installing the battery. It also lets compatible Fardriver controllers be tuned from your phone or tablet through the Fardriver app.

Yes, the batteries are designed as plug and play upgrades for compatible setups. Connect the battery, make sure the connectors are fully seated, confirm your controller settings are correct, and test the bike safely before normal riding.

Do not force connectors. If anything looks damaged, loose, incorrect, or does not match your setup, stop and contact us before riding.

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unused, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

You must contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.

No. We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item and your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct product after starting the return process.

Refunds are only issued after the item has been returned to us and inspected. Once your return is received, we will review it and let you know if the refund is approved.
