How long does delivery take?
Battery orders ship in the order they are placed. If the battery is part of a reserve batch, the estimated shipping time is usually 3 to 4 weeks after the reserve is met.
Tracking will be sent when available. Delivery time can vary based on carrier, destination, product availability, and delays outside of our control.
What does reserve mean?
A reserve spot holds your place in the next battery batch. Reserve batches are first come, first served, and orders ship in the order they are placed.
Once the reserve is met, the batch moves forward and the estimated shipping window begins.
Can my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. Orders with multiple items may ship separately, especially if products are coming from different vendors, partners, or warehouses.
Fitment & Setup
Make sure the battery, controller settings, connectors, and dongle are right before riding.
Do I need the Bluetooth dongle?
Yes. We recommend ordering the Fardriver Bluetooth Dongle with your battery upgrade.
The dongle may be needed to adjust controller voltage settings after installing the battery.
Is the install plug and play?
Yes, the batteries are designed as plug-and-play upgrades for compatible setups. Connect the battery, confirm the connectors are fully seated, check controller settings, and test the bike safely before normal riding.
Do not force connectors. If anything looks damaged, loose, incorrect, or does not match your setup, stop and contact us before riding.

Will this give me more range?
The 30Ah capacity is built for longer ride time and more range. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, tire pressure, speed, temperature, riding style, controller settings, and bike setup.
Will this make my bike faster or more powerful?
These battery upgrades are built for stronger power delivery and longer ride time. Depending on your bike, controller settings, and setup, performance may change.
Always ride within your ability, wear proper safety gear, and test any upgraded setup carefully in a safe area before riding normally.
Returns & Policies

Can I return a battery?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without a return request may not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not offer exchanges. If your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct product.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued after the item is returned and inspected. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.
What if my battery arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away.
Keep all packaging, photos, labels, and order information until the issue is resolved.
