we work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Most products ship within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed.
Some items may take longer to ship because we work with third-party retail partners, vendors, or manufacturers for certain products. In addition, some products may be custom made or made to order, which can require additional processing time before shipment.
If a product has an extended shipping or production timeline, that information will be listed on the product page whenever applicable. Please review the product page before purchasing for any item-specific shipping details.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, product availability, and any carrier-related delays.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, especially if items are fulfilled by different vendors, partners, or warehouses.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, vendor delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
